The book of Joan by Melissa Rivers

I read this book in one sitting. I usually dont finish a book the same day but Joan Rivers was an idol to me and I just had to read this book non-stop.
It takes you on a beautiful journey of her and Melissas relationship. They had such a lovely bond and you could always feel as well as see the love between these two anytime they were on the TV.
I laughed and I cried and I also reflected on my own relationship with my mother. A good mother is a blessing and I could just feel Melissas heartbreak as I read about her hard to decision to turn off that ventilator.
This is a wonderful story and in my opinion everyone should pick up a copy and hug your mother if she is still living here on earth today.
