Sleep is very essential to our bodies . We need rest in order to function properly in our everyday lives. Sleep helps your heart , weight and our minds.

I have always had trouble falling asleep since I was about 17 years old. I tend to stay up late until I can just fall asleep. I have tried several over the counter meds and my doctor has prescribed me meds as well to help me sleep. You take 2 capsules 30 minutes before your desired bedtime and they work within that amount of time , at least for me they did.

What I say :

I have suffered from PCOS ( Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome ) since the age of 14. I am currently 28 years of age and I was very anxious to try these out because I do not have kids . Dealing with PCOS is a rough experience and one of the issues with having all these cysts in my ovaries on a regualr basis is the fact that its hard to get pregnant.

So I am hopeful that these supplements will help me in the future because I do want to get pregnant before I turn 30.

They have a great taste , and a fruity smell to the tablets.

Yalmeh Super Youth Eye Cream

I am 28 and dont have wrinkles around my eyes (yet) but I have a small line forming near my eyes due to wearing glasses. I was excited to try this eye cream.
It comes in a white jar with blue packaging which is cute in my opinion. The cream has a light scent to it and smells great. Its not strong at all .
The formula is thick and creamy and absorbs quickly into the skin.
After about 2 minutes I can feel a slight tightening sensation which makes me happy because I feel as if the cream is doing its job.
I suffer from hooded eyes and I am not sure if this cream is meant to help with that issue but I have been putting a little of it under my eyebrows near the eyelids and I have honestly noticed a difference.

The Yalmeh eye cream is made with all natural products and GMO free which is a major plus! This product is also made here in the USA and I love that because I believe in helping to make sure all able bodied citizens have a opportunity to work.

The book of Joan by Melissa Rivers

I read this book in one sitting. I usually dont finish a book the same day but Joan Rivers was an idol to me and I just had to read this book non-stop.
It takes you on a beautiful journey of her and Melissas relationship. They had such a lovely bond and you could always feel as well as see the love between these two anytime they were on the TV.
I laughed and I cried and I also reflected on my own relationship with my mother. A good mother is a blessing and I could just feel Melissas heartbreak as I read about her hard to decision to turn off that ventilator.
This is a wonderful story and in my opinion everyone should pick up a copy and hug your mother if she is still living here on earth today.

La Lune Naturals Fractionated Coconut Oil

Recently beauty gurus are always talking about coconut oil and the many uses for it. Health benefits , uses for pets , beauty uses and even cooking uses are all available with this oil. Coconut oil has been around for many years though.

I love that the oil doesn't have a odor. Thats a huge plus to me, I bought regular coconut oil in a jar and whenever I would use it on my face to make my skin smoother a weird smell would set inyo my skin. I used the La lune naturals fractionated oil and their wasnt any odor on my face.

Not A Word About Love by Hana Goldberg

In this book you meet a lady named Maya, and she is struggling. Dealing with the death of her mother and the struggle of her marriage she needs to clear her head and ease away the stress.

Her husband decides to send her on a journey to help her get her passion back in life and to re gain some of her happiness. She meets a man on her trip and ends up being lured into him by lust , I will stop right there so that I dont ruin the book for you.

Hana Goldberg has written such a wonderful book , each page will leave you wanting to know " what happens next??" Trust me it will be HARD to lay this book down. I enjoyed this book tremendously , so much that I read it twice already in the past 2 weeks that I have had this book on my kindle.

I had never heard of Hana Goldberg but I am glad that I had the opportunity to review her book because I found a great author and I look forward to reading more of her books in the future.
