Adjustable hand grip strengthener

"Baby can you open this jar for me?"
This was a phrase I have always had to shout out to my boyfriend. I have always had such a weak grip . Never able to open some jars...especially the pickle jar!!
If I was ever home alone id take a butter knife and beat the edges of the lid so I could get it open.

Luckily I was able to receive this grip strenghthener to test out and review.
I use it several times during the day while sitting around watching tv.
It was a little hard to use at first but it has an adjustable notch. You can adjust the strength of the grip 22-70 pounds.

I immediately felt my hand muscles burning and I can gladly tell you that this product WORKS!!

100% Pure and Natural Lavender Oil

Lately I have been using an oil diffuser in my home. I have been trying out all sorts of different scented oils.

This lavender oil is for sure one of my top favorites.

The scent of lavender relaxes me and keeps me calm, it helps me to unwind after a long stressful day. 

Just a few drops is all it takes in a diffuser...usually 2 or 3. This oil is natural so its safe to apply to the skin. If you feel stressed or have a headache just place a drop on you hand and rub it into the temples of your head. 

You can add a few drops to your lotion and apply all over your skin ...I like to add about 4 to 5 drops in my warm bath water at night when I feel like pampering myself. 

 

Ocarina of time

I grew up loving Zelda. Such a fun game. Me and my little brother would sit and play the game for hours at a time. 

We also enjoyed watching the Zelda cartoon series.

This Ocarina was a wonderful product to review. I am not too great at playing it yet but I have been practicing and hopefully will get better. 

Looks lovely as well on my shelf. It has 12 holes and comes with a string to tie on the bottom. I chose not to use the string. 

Hot Pink Universal Sports Armband

I recently decided that I wanted to start exercising more and eating better so that I can lower my blood pressure. I usually walk a mile a day since I am starting off and I go to our local duck pond to walk the trail and feed the ducks. Occasionally my mom goes with me and we talk and walk but on days that I go alone I feel a little bored.
I figured I might as well bring along my ipod or my phone sometimes and listen to music as I walk , I received this sports armband the same week after thinking that which was a good coincidence for me!!
I have large arms and this armband doesn't fit my upper arm so I wear it on my forearm. I love the bright pink color and the reflective material outlining the edge that way people can see me if its in the evening and getting darker outside.
There is a key holder on the band as well which is super convenient so I don't have to carry my car key in my hand as I am walking. Most of my workout clothes don't have a pocket so this is a plus.
My phone fits perfectly inside the holder , I have a Samsung galaxy 4 and my ipod touch fits perfectly as well when I carry it along .

Tools 4 Wisdom Planner

Hey everyone! Its me again , and this time I am here to share a planner with you guys. I typically do not use planners but recently I decided that its time to get organized and what better way to start than with a planner?? So I requested to review this planner from the company Tools4wisdom.

I was super excited once I received it because it is so pretty! Bright colors and very detailed design on the front. The planner is very thick and once I looked inside I saw why.
Each month starts off by asking you what are your goals for that month , how do you plan to achieve those goals? As well as what would you like the outcome to be? I love that its so personal because I enjoy writing down my thoughts so this was just perfect for me.

The planner runs from May 2015 to April 2016. Each month has the same layout in weekly format , monthly format , or daily . Whichever you prefer.

It also has little quotes and I really like that because I love reading poetry and quotes , they help me to think positive and to motivate my self each day.

I believe everyone would enjoy this planner , its great for starters like myself and also great for someone that has always used a planner. I love all the bonuses besides just being a calender!

Lift Care Lemon Essential Oil

If you're like me you enjoy using essential oils around your home. I have a diffuser so I enjoy placing different scented oils in it during the week to have a nice fresh smelling home.
I also enjoy using oils in my bath water as well.

I received the chance to try out this lemon oil and i enjoyed it . I love the smell of anything citrus , it makes me fell as if my house is just sparkling clean  *even when it isn't * .

There are several uses for the lemon oil , you can use it as stated earlier in a diffuser , the scent is supposed to be energixing and uplifting. I t also helps to remove any smoke odors from the home.
You can use this oil on your skin because lemon helps lighten dark spots.
You can mix a few drops with water and use it for a disinfectant on your countertops and even as a disinfectant for your skin , bug bites , scratches , etc.
Also you can place a few drops in your water to drink as a detox for your body.
